Bought ... now what?

The “Actions Required” tab still shows “Plus Trial for *** has expired” There is an “updrade” option which brings me to https://www.insynchq.com/pricing. I paid via PayPal many hours ago, rebooted, etc but the message still remiains and will not sync.

Send an email to support@insynchq.com with the Google account you want upgraded.

What should one think when the Insync CEO tells me on the support forum that I need to email support to have my purchase acknowledged?

@keith_millette part of the buying process for paypal (and only for paypal) is that you have to submit an email to support@insynchq.com because we don’t know what Google account you were buying for. Your paypal email address isn’t necessarily the same email account you want to pay for.

I have yet to receive this e-mail, and I bought it earlier today. How long does it usually take?

I’m in the same situation and I didn’t see any instructions whatsoever that I’d have to email support. This procedure is rather unpleasant and completely misleading, considering that the purchase page shows you exactly which Google account you’re wishing to upgrade.

@Robert_Rennie @Colby: you have both been upgraded. It’s still processed manually and it’s the weekend but yeah we should have added a note (and we will!).
