Holy cow: Your Insync subscription recently ended (for a Prime account!)

My account is on Prime. But I’ve received this email a while ago:

Hello,

Your Insync subscription was recently cancelled. Unfortunately your credit card didn’t charge properly after 4 tries so your subscription was not auto-renewed. Syncing for your account/s have stopped.

If you just forgot to update your credit card and still want to continue using Insync, you’ll have to purchase a Prime license.

If your account is on Prime and you received that email, most likely this is just an error. Here’s how you can check your license: How to check your license type - you should still be on Prime :slight_smile:
