Logged out of your Insync account unexpectedly? Don't fret

(this issue doesn’t affect all users :slight_smile:)

We’ve seen reports of Google accounts being logged out of different services that use Google logins – including Insync. This is because of a Google issue but your accounts are safe.

If you were logged out / disconnected from your Insync account, you would be seeing a red ! on the app and an error message in Actions Required. Do not remove your account. To resolve, simply select Authorize to reconnect – there’s no need to re-sync.

If you don’t see an error message in Actions Required, you can also reconnect by re-adding your account (via Add Google account..) and selecting the same Insync folder.
