Setting Up InSync on New Machine - Best Practice

Hi all
Happy user of Insync on 3 Win machines for the last year or more
Very stable and useable

For the first time in a while i am setting up from scratch on a new install of Windows
I can easily replicate the actual files/directories with a direct copy

What is the fastest and best way to have Insync working on the new machine
More accurately - Am i able to copy across a previous database or something so that i don’t need to re-verify/re-download every file?
If InSync cant do this natively i seem to recall i can load the official G Drive app which verifies faster/better and Insync can take over from there?

I have about 60GB and a slow internet so it would be quite a while to rebuild the db from scratch
Any advice appreciated
