Add starred or favorites folder to account root folder

This one’s pretty simple. If my account folder is john@doe.com, there should be a subfolder of that called “starred” or “favorites” or whatever that pulls in all of my starred documents and folders. Of course, these should all be symlinks to the documents and folders on my filesystem. If the document or folder is selectively unsynced, there are a few options for handling them:

1. Use placeholder files or folders
2. Just don’t sync them (not ideal)
3. Sync them anyway, since they’re starred and clearly important (also maybe not ideal, since they were selected not to be synced in the first place)

Hi @Kael_Shipman thanks for your suggestion, this isn’t considered yet for future versions however we will look into this and see if this is something a lot of the customers want, thanks!
