Can we "ignore" some file size in the synch?

Actually,

I try to synch file from a Samba drive to GDrive. Some file here are hudge (EXE file, ISO, MP4, GZ, RAR,…)… arround 300 Go for only 200 of those file. So if we can ignore file size, it will be great !

Somethin like : ignore 100MB and more …
