Can't access my account after renewal

I had cancelled my account for 18 users some time ago, but 6 users continued to use it for the remainder of the paid term. My subscription expires in two days. I decided to renew it for the users that still use it.

When I renewed, I got a cancellation email AND a renewal receipt email. When I try to log in, I get, “Oops. You don’t have permissions to view this. Your subscription for Insync Business has already ended. Renew now.”

What gives?
