Cant process folder - insufficient permissions error

We have two folders on our system which are giving this error. I have checked on google drive and the folder can be written to by the google user who is logged into insync and on the actual server file system, it has full read and write permissions. I cant see any reason why these two folders cant sync. Please could you give me some suggestions on what to check to try to discover the issue

Hi @Nick_Thorley1 can you try unticking the specific file in selective sync then click on SAVE CHANGES

afterwards, try syncing it again by ticking it via selective sync.
