I am running insync (1.3.2.36049-wheezy) and I have no preference menu nor
“insync –set-files-path=/new/location/Insync”
Could you please help me?

@Julien_Lam: The --set-files-path option has been deprecated. Please take a look at the move_folder command (insync move_folder -h).
By preference menu, do you mean the context menu when you right click on the file in your file manager? You need to install the integration for your file manager. It is available in www.insynchq.com/downloads in the Packages section.
If on the other hand you mean the tray icon, what desktop environment are you using?
