Clean install of Ubuntu 18.04. Icons are just massive in nautilus!

I’m on version 1.4.5 (Ubuntu 18.04 64-bit).

I’m in the same situation. Pop_OS (based on Ubuntu 18.04) with version 1.4.5 and the check is gigantic to the point where it’s really hard to see the file thumbnail images. Are there any updates for this yet?
