Could not link Folder

Hello, I had to install a new hard drive as I was running out of space. Most of what Insync was backing up was on my primary drive but I had to move it to my new drive. When I try to right click on the folder > Add to Insync I receive a error stating Could not link E://folder_name.

What do I need to do to eliminate the historical drive back up and setup these new drive folders?

Hi @Samuel_Levin can you let me know your OS?

I am currently running on Windows 10

@Samuel_Levin: Is your main Insync folder on an external drive? Add to Insync option relies on “Symlink” and “Junctions”, network drives and some external drives do not support them, hence it may not work if it is the case.
