Everytime I log into the server the insync software has stopped working and is stuck signing in

The software is very inconsistent. I am running Windows Server 2003 with all updates. I am syncing 200 GB with a Google Drive. Every morning when I come into the office the software is idle, unable to log into the account. Stuck in Signing In mode. Then I can’t get it to sign in and start the work of uploading and syncing. Very frustrating.

Why won’t the software just stay logged in and rock on. Why all the drama?
