First launch of insync take several hours to start syncing

When i launch Insnc on my server 2012 r2 standard, it take several hours before insync start synching my files…

What can i do to improve this time because this is way too long…

That’s what i do but if the sync stop every 1h and take 6h to restart, it is a big issue for me…
