How many times a week do I have to uninstall and reinstall Insync?

I am on the free trial, 10 days in. During this time I have had to uninstall and reinstall Insync on my Windows 10 machine no less than six times to fix various issues. Most recently Insync will just stop syncing anything. If I try to open the app window it never appears, and the taskbar preview shows a blank white box. I tried rebooting the PC and it did not help, exact same blank white box and no syncing. However, uninstalling and reinstalling the client caused it to open right back up to my saved config and all the outdated files resynced within seconds.

So I guess my question is, is this normal? How often am I going to have to reinstall Insync to keep it doing its job? Surely a paid product isn’t this unstable? Is there something else wrong with my system setup?
