How does selecting “sync all files” impact storage on my MBP? How much space will the insync folder take?
Secondly how does “sync all files” impact my internal SDD drive? Is it constantly writing and re-writing?

Hi @Andy_Gridley. It would depend on:
- the amount of files you have stored on your Google Drive
But for Google format files (like gdocs), the file stored in your Insync folder will just be a link - the amount of activity for your synced files and folders, after the initial sync (download) of all your Drive files to your local storage
