I want a refund of the product because it did not meet my expectations

Hello, good afternoon, I bought the license for the Insync program on 08/20/2020, I thought the program would make it possible to do the scheduled synchronization between my PC items with my Google Shared Drive, but from what I saw it doesn’t perform these functions, and not manually.

I have already contacted you by e-mail, and I had a reply, but I was not answered about the refund, because I really need the money back and the day of my invoice is due and I can’t pay.
