Insync client does not show all items visible in 'shared with me'

Both our windows and mac users are reporting that there is a folder that is visible in the ‘Shared with Me’ section of the Google Drive web client that is not visible in the ‘Shared with me’ list in the insync client. How can we resolve this issue?

Hello @PMG_Administrator: Sorry for the delayed response. Please send to us the compressed copy of the dbs folder from your machine at support@insynchq.com and tell us the names of the missing folder.

“dbs” folder is located at: C:\Users[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Insync
