Insync Mac and Web Client Won't Allow Purchase of Expired Trial License

On the Mac, the Insync client was already installed. When from the icon upper right on the Mac’s screen I went to buy/upgrade, the Insync web page rejects my payment and says the software must already be installed. It is and was. Please provide solution, thank you.

In the check-out page, please enter the Google account associated with Insync.
