Insync problems

  1. Insync is downloading some folders and rename it _1…_2…_X.
    (this happened more than once)

  2. Most of time, I need to force Insync to update files manually (pause is not enabled).

@Amr_Farid I’m sorry for the inconvenience. What is the operating system you are running? Please send us your logs.db and out.txt file to support@insynchq.com.

The operating system is Win7 , Could you please send me exact file locations logs.db and out.txt ?
