Insync stuck although status is "In Progress"

Hi all,

Insync stuck and it hasn’t sync any file for 2 days now.

OS: Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit
Insync version: 1.3.5.36069

I have also the logs in case they needed. Please assist as my client can’t work currently.
