I recently purchased the upgrade from the trial to a single user license, but this does not appear to be reflected in the local client. I have tried resetting the client, but it does not help. Could this be an activation issue on your end?

@will_harper If you are on Pro, you need to login to https://insynchq.com/pro/dashboard/ and add the account there.
