Is my subscription active?

I am a Google Apps reseller. On of my Google Apps customer is using Insync for about 18 months.

They renewed their subscription but they pointed out a few time later that things were not syncing anymore.

I have here a copy of their renewal confirmation but, strangely, they were billed 0 $…
