Just upgraded but app still thinks trial has expired

I have just upgraded my trial and because overall, I was pleased with the app and it did what it needed. However, now that I have upgraded, the app still thinks I’m in trial mode and won’t sync my files for the primary account (I have the business plan (3 accounts). And now that I’m having to sift through this horrendous support site, I’m having second thoughts, but hope that the answer to my issue will be solved by the time I wake up in the morning. What did I do wrong?

@Eric_Booth It looks like you have the Pro edition (not Business edition). Did you login to your Pro dashboard at https://www.insynchq.com/pro/dashboard ? You need to add your accounts there first.

It looks like you bought the Pro edition using your @gmail.com email, not your @company.com email.
