Multiple accounts issue

Hi, I have already paid for 3 accounts and recently I had to close 2 out of the 3 for different reasons. Now I have 2 new accounts to replace the deleted ones. I just added them to Insync, but I keep getting messages that I am on trial, and trial will expire.

I am essentially just trying to replace accounts. How do I do that?

Can someone from Insync contact me personally so I can share exactly which accounts are in question here?
