Multiple accounts - it just doesn't work

When I have multiple accounts (for each of which I paid of course), it syncs only partially, or - even weirder - very old versions of folder contents. I had an ongoing conversation with support, sending logfiles and all, but since a few weeks all communication from your side fell dead; not a single response anymore. Several of my colleagues here are in the same situation (MAC, PC… doesn’t matter), and aren’t getting a response either
In brief: it doesn’t work. I give up. Is Insync still an active company? If yes, I’d like a solution or a refund. Of not, let me know so I can take my loss and go on with my life.
