Net error ubuntu and not sync

I start ubuntu with insync start --no-daemon

this is my errors
Net error: NameResolutionTimeout(Connection timed out while resolving ‘www.googleapis.com’) GET ‘https://www.googleapis.com/drive/v2/changes?maxResults=100&prettyPrint=false&startChangeId=123456’

Net error: SSLEOFError(8, u’EOF occurred in violation of protocol (_ssl.c:661)’) GET ‘https://www.googleapis.com/drive/v2/about?prettyPrint=false’

I have insync 1.3.22
Ubuntu 17.10

@whitehat01 Unfortunately those errors are pretty generic and don’t point to exactly what could be causing the issue. So that we can troubleshoot your issue in more detail, could you please send your logs to support@insynchq.com?

Did Insync use to work properly before, or are you encountering these issues with your initial installation and setup?
