Just in case anyone is still experiencing this in 3.0.29:
@jcg had twelve items stuck in the progress bar, all of which are JPG files. I advised him to unsync thoses files, reupload them on web, and sync it down to his computer to observe if the symptom persists.
While restarting the program can help trigger the sync to progress along, I understand that it gets frustrating to watch the app constantly. We are working to improve on Insync 3’s core, and syncing issues are top priority at the moment.
