No response from Support

Help!

Insync has stopped synchronisation between Windows 10 Google Drive folder and Google Drive.

Email with database sent to support on January 18th but no reply.

Getting desperate.

Is it possible for this forum to issue a “hurry up” to Support?

By support email thread, I meant the email conversation. Please write to us an email in reply to your earlier email that contains the logs and explains the issue that you are facing. Did you email us at support@insynchq.com?
