Not All Compuers appear Insync despite insync being on!

I just cloned my old computer a few days ago and added InSync to this new clone as I have on my old one. They are both Ubuntu 14.04. I use AUDACITY to edit audiobooks saved in google.drive. Running Audaicty on the old computer google insync folder is fine. Running Audacity on he same file folder in the new computer reports corrupt data files, missing files.

How can this be when InSync is running on both and shows not files being transfered on the new computer! The green insync flag is showing. Does it need to be Re-synced? Is there a way to do this?

Thank you for your interest in resolving my dllema. I found the files (these are from my new, cloned computer, where the data appears corrupt). They are attached to an email.
