I have had a couple of colleagues use my referral link to create trial accounts but my account still shows 0 referrals and the colleagues never received their additional 15 days either.

Hi,

I was checking my referrals situation again and got a different error - Now when a colleague of mine tries to use the referral link he gets an invalid referral error.

Similar problem here. A colleagues install insync with my link. He received the adittional 15 days promo but I haven’t received them.

I can´t receive my days nor the free version after friends installed!

Hello,
I think I am experiencing this problem too, I referred a friend, she created a trial account and then had the client installed. However I can’t see any changes in my referral page.
Am I doing something wrong or the referrals have to purchase it before I can get any discounts?
