I am somewhat paranoid about the safety of my data. im using Insync currently with my Google Drive account. What i would like to do is Use MS RoboCopy to periodically copy the changed files in the Insync folder. To my OneDrive sync folder. Know I can get the copying working fine, but my question is do I need to stop the Insync program before the copy process to prevent corruption’s etc.?
If so, can I automate or script the pause or stop of the syncing?
