Stopped working after full purchase

Hi Insync folks,
I am using Ubuntu17.10 and tried the trial version of insync and it worked well. However, it stopped working after I bought the full service of insync. The folder was not updating. I tried deleting everything and re-installing insync and now I have the folder shown but there is no syncing at all of the folder. I tried restarting the computer but the folder is still empty. Any thoughts to solve the problem?

Hi @refmac5, if you are on version 1.4.5, have you tried to right-click on the space in your app window and click “Sync all items”? Additionally, could you send your log files to support@insynchq.com with the link of this post?
