Sync server is busy please try again later : ChromeOS

I have recently installed Chrome OS to see what it is like, but the InSync in constantly saying “the sync server is busy please try again later”

I have stopped syncing and signed out of google/chrome on all other devices but the error remains.

Please help

@Sean.Chaffey: This doesn’t seem to be an error with Insync but rather with Google Chrome or Chromium. Searching for the phrase “the sync server is busy please try again later” shows pages that discuss Google Chrome or Chromium.
