Sync stops after short time

Hello,

I really like Insync, but I have some major problems with it.

After syncing OneDrive for ~2 Minutes Insync it still says “Syncing…”, but isn’t doing anything. In the feed I can see, that the last sync was several minutes ago.
After a restart it syncs again for ~2 minutes.

I use Manjaro Linux.

So sorry for not responding sooner. This seems similar to the stuck syncing issue discussed in another thread and we’d love to get to the bottom of this.

Please also send your logs to support@insynchq.com and include the following files in the folder:

  • logs.db
  • out.txt
  • data folder
  • live folder

If these are too big for an attachment, feel free to send us a link so we can download these.

I am having a similar issue. Insync runs for a while, then no new files synced. I see the insync program running, but no new files. If I stop/start then it will sync files for a while then get stuck again. Will send files to support@insynchq.com.
