Hi @tim1mw, thank you for posting the fix and apologies for not sharing it here sooner!

For anyone experiencing issues similar to @tim1mw’s, there was a cert bug for certain distros: Mageia, Rocky Linux, and OpenSUSE. Our engineer has lined up the fix for the next release so this doesn’t happen moving forward :slight_smile:

Hello! I might be misunderstanding, but upon checking, I have not received an email from you with the logs.db and out.txt files :thinking: They should be located in ~/.config/Insync.
