I’m trying to sync a folder of 22GB with file of size 4G+3G+3G+12G (and few other little files), the interface is frozen and the sync never sucess

Can you help me

Hi @Alain_RUSSIER,

When you say the interface is frozen, are you unable to switch tabs, or does it seem like the files in queue are stuck?

Please send your logs to support@insynchq.com with the link to this post, and include the following files in the folder:

  • logs.db
  • out.txt
  • data folder
  • live folder

If these are too big for an attachment, feel free to send us a link so we can download these.

I have send you logs.db & out.txt in the attachment of the mails

I cannot give you folder because these are private data

the interface is unable to refresh, resize for example

As you are facing this problem, I will better recommend you to go ahead and install the new version of it asap

i think this is happening because of the network security key.
