Team Drive won't sync

I changed the default folder for the Team Drive (have not renamed it) and moved documents into it.
Nothing syncs, even after a reboot.
Under the Team menu, it says “This location is empty”, even if there are more than 10 000 files in the associated folder.
Items in the “non-team” drive sync properly.
Any idea how to resolve this?

Apologies for the late reply.

After you changed the default folder for the Team Drive, did you manually move documents into the folder? (i.e. copy-paste or drag). Or did you move the documents into your Team Drive via drive.google.com? Additionally, please send screenshots of the following to support@insynchq.com:

  1. Your Team Drive menu on Insync (where it says “This location is empty”)
  2. How your Team Drive folder looks like on your local computer (i.e. C:/Users/Mia/Team Drive)
