Unable to access Member and Billing areas

When I try and access the Member and Billing areas I get:

Sorry.

An unexpected error has occured. We’ve been notified and will try to fix this as soon as we can.

The other two tabs work ok. (MSI & Usage)

Hi @jaduenas, thanks for advising that our credit card may have expired/declined however your suggestion of updating it is kind of a catch 22 since as per my original message I am unable to access the billing section due to “an error” !!!

I’ve sorted out the issue in your subscription.
You should be able to access your billing section now
and update your card.
