Unexpected error doing ModifyCloudGDReg (Kubuntu)

I have entirely done a vanilla sync because I have dozens of error messages. Now I only have one with this supplement information (insufficientPermissions to perform this operation). But no information is available to know what operation is concerned.
Kubuntu 18.04.03
