Uploading stuck at 0 byes, no errors

I’ve seen a couple of posts about this issue, but there doesn’t seem to be a solution. Insynch stopped uploading any data, with all parallel uploads stuck at 0 bytes.

select * from event_logs limit 10;

doesn’t have any entries.
I’m running the latest version on Ubuntu.

Hi! Please also send your logs to support@insynchq.com with the link to this post, and include the following files in the folder:

  • logs.db
  • out.txt
  • data folder
  • live folder

If these are too big for an attachment, feel free to send us a link so we can download these.
