What do I have to do to get the support staff to respond to my emails or join me in online support?

What do I have to do to get the support staff to respond to my emails or join me in online support? Five days later I asked a question and I did not get an answer.
I purchased a license via paypal, but I made a mistake and got this license for one email, but I need to use it for another. I have not yet associated this license with the Isync client. Can someone help me?

Did you purchase using a wrong email? Can you let me know your invoice number or your paypal receipt number so I can track down your purchase?

P.S. please add some sort of Issue tracking system on your support@insynchq.com, so that each customer request will be assigned with a specific ticket number
