Corrupt downloads on Windows

I’m running 1.3.22 on Windows and have noticed several issues lately with files I download (which were previously uploaded to Drive) that come down and are corrupt. Usually, if I deselect them under management and let Insync remove the local copy, then reselect them and let Insync download them again, they come down intact.

Anyone have any thoughts?
