Create a link folder in local drive with short name

Hi,

I have installed the 1.2.7 version. During the synch the application has genereted a new folder (like a link) with the short name of one folder.

So I have the original folder called ArcOttica and new folder (it’s a link) called I cannot find the AF5FUJ~J. This name is the sort name of ArcOttica

This not a symbolic link, but the same link with long e short name

How Can I delete the link generated without delete the files ?
