Files not syncing, no way to start sync

EDIT:
It has now started to work after about two hours, it has promoted for nataulis integration and started to sync

I upgraded to Ubuntu 15.10, and now i have installed Insync 3.3.3 but the files will not sync, it tells me to log in with my account i do, then when i go to the command line and run

insync get_sync_progress

i get the response:

No syncing activities

how can I get the files to start syncing? clicking on the insync icon at the notification bar it will not open and says i am not logged in, if i however type

insync get_account_information

I get the response

It is still not working,

The icon says i am not logged in however i have given permission for Insync to have access to Google Drive

@lpugoy i cannot do this,
it is not letting me open the app window, because I am not logged in

@Paul_Goggin: Apologies for not replying sooner. You could go to the folder ~/.config/Insync instead and send the files logs.db and out.txt. You can compress them before sending to save space.
