Files stuck in progress. Nothing happening

Currently have around 6500 files stuck in progress. Any clues as to what it could be?

I have more than 8000000 files on queue, when doing files matching. The process took forever and Insync has done nothing to increase files matching speed up to this point . Sad to say.
