Heavy CPU Load No App Window

I’m a longtime Insync user. Recently, insync (1.2.13.35166) on my Mint 17.1 box has been giving conflicting information about CPU load.

In system monitor, it shows 96% load on 1 core. The heavy load on that core stops when I close insync. But pidstat shows pretty typical usage. Unistalling and reinstalling does not change the situation. The relevant account is wholly sync’ed so there really shouldn’t be much work for the process to handle.

Also, the insync application window will not open for me.

I’d appreciate any help anyone can provide.

@Todd_Waddell For the app window issue please send your logs to support@insynchq.com for investigation: How to find the log files. You can compress them before sending to save space.

Thanks for your reply. I can’t open the app window to go to the “Locate Logs” screen. However, on that help page, I did note the instructions for headless users, so I am looking at the ~/.config/Insync directory. Here’s the file list:

subdirectories:
dbs
fontconfig

files:
integrations
logs.db
out.txt

Which files do you want?
