Initialization Failed how to I fix this?

I’m not impressed. It seems the only way is to remove the account and start over again. I have 225 Gigs synched.

Now I have to start all over again. It will cost me time and bandwidth. Not cool.

Is it even possible to open a ticket to insync to get help for my specific problem? I don’t see if there is any other way to get help other than to go on this forum.
