Insync can not find server

hi there,

i recently bought the app. and it started out great. once i added files it started giving me a notification that it could not find my server. i did some research and i think it has to do with my permission.
we use to have a mac mini server and recently upgraded to a new mac mini server. the files were copied on to the new server (clean install).

what should i do so that insync can read the files and upload them?
