@Jose_Rojas There still is; it was just not added in this post. Check out our downloads page or in your corresponding package repository.

Does not start on Ubuntu 18.04. Version before this did.

Seems to be working fine here. (Opensuse Tumbleweed 64bit)

That was my bad. Used a version for Xenial instead of Artful :v:

Not working on Linux Mint Sonya (XFCE)

WIndows 10 - 300k files queued and rising. Veeeerrryyyy sloooooow. No new files syncing. I let my PC running because I am afraid I lose those 300k queue.

But of course this is terribly annoying.

Same here, I have 1,164,546 files queued up after 3 days of syncing and now it stopped. I’m scared to do anything b/c I’ve already lost so much time hopeing this product would work

Hi,
Not any more problem with 1.4.5 , all run ok!
environment ubuntu 17.10
Regards

400k files and counting. Don’t know what to do, how many days to wait before we uninstall Insync in our company for good and switch so the Google Desktop equivalent. Very, very, very annoying!!

I have some 3k files… and yesterday insync took about 4 hours just to start… this is sure annoying…

Using 1.4.5.37069.

I start Insync. (Mac OS X 10.13.4) - I see the Insync Icon in the status tray at the top of my screen. When I click it - it disappears. If I do not click it - it never syncs. Very Frustrating.

Can I use a previous version on my Mac OS version?

Rebooted. Now when I run insync, it tries to log in using a web page, but as soon as I choose the Google account, the icon disappears and the program seems to crash

OK. So I was able to use the alternative login method successfully. Some issue in using Chrome to AUTH.

you set me on my way! chrome being my default browser, upon installation i would always have to authenticate via google chrome. changed settings and if you need to authenticate via safari, the connection works and insync goes to work.

I’ve been having the same problem since I get updated to macOS High Sierra 10.13.4

I have exactly the same issue. Insync will not sign in since High Sierra upgrade. I am trying using Chrome, Safari and Firefox as default browsers - I go through the process of granting access to google account, Insync web dashboard says I’m logged in my the app is not logged in. I click on it and it disappears. PLEASE FIX.

Hi @qjuanp @Nigel_Tisdale

Sorry for the trouble! :frowning: If you tried the alternative login method without success, kindly send your log files to support@insynchq.com with the link to this post.
