No sync progress while syncing

Using insync-headless 1.3.3.36056

$ insync-headless get_status
SYNCING
$ insync-headless get_sync_progress
No syncing activities

Is this state possible? If it is, then very confusing. Also, I cached and syncing is indeed happening (copy in and out google drive).
